Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving their order.

Items are eligible for return if:

• The item is faulty or damaged

• The wrong item was received

• The item is significantly different from the product ordered

• The item is unused and in original condition for approved returns

To request a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 10 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and approved before return shipping.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Chaos Foundry Arcade.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5  business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not apply where:

• The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• The item is returned without approval

• Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer
