All orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Arcade machines, gaming cabinets, and bulky equipment may require specialised freight services. Customers must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment where required.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, including photos for assessment.
